One of Estonia's
largest real estate group Arco Vara says in its new market overview
that demand for Tallinn's apartment market continues to be strong and
is set to increase by 10% for the next year.
Arco also said that at the same time prices on the apartment market
were already at levels that cannot be considered justified.
The company said in
its overview that the market for standard apartments remains active and
there is strong demand for properties that are not overpriced.
According to Arco,
the price gap between new and old apartments will increase further
because of the ongoing lending by banks, interest rates less than 3%
and rise in construction costs.
